The figures are inspired by children depicted in postwar photography, where children frequently appeared as symbols of hope and reconstruction.

Rather than reproducing these historical images, I reinterpret them through a transformed colour palette and an axonometric spatial perspective.

These interventions shift the images away from documentary representation and into constructed spaces where memory, presence, and spatial relationships can be reconsidered.
